تحويل العرض إلى أمر بيع

Confirming a quotation turns it into a binding sales order and opens delivery and invoicing steps.

Path: Sales ← Quotations ← [Quotation] ← Confirm

1. Open the quotation to confirm.
2. Review lines, prices, and 15% VAT one last time.
3. Check Payment Terms under "Other Info".
4. Set the expected Delivery Date if needed.
5. Click Confirm; it becomes a Sales Order.
6. A Delivery smart button appears for storable goods.
7. Check the Invoicing Status field.
8. Click Create Invoice or process delivery first.
