Customizing the invoice template makes documents reflect your brand: logo, colors, header, footer. Odoo offers no-code customization via the document layout tool.
Path: Settings ← General, then "Configure Document Layout"
- Open Settings ← General Settings and find Business Documents.
- Click Configure Document Layout.
- Upload the Logo; Odoo auto-detects company colors (editable).
- Pick a Layout: Light / Boxed / Bold / Striped.
- Edit the Header and Footer: address, phone, email, VAT number.
- Watch the live Preview on the right.
- Save, then open any invoice and Print to verify.
- For advanced edits use Developer mode ← QWeb template carefully.
