Odoo's flexible sales analysis shows quantities and revenue by product, customer, or period, with grouping, filtering, and Excel export for deeper analysis.
Path: Sales ← Reporting
- Open Sales ← Reporting ← Sales for the analysis view.
- Switch view at the top: Pivot, Graph, or List.
- Use Measures to pick the metric: Untaxed Total, Qty Ordered, order count.
- Click Group By and split by Product / Customer / Salesperson / Month.
- Apply Filters such as This Year or Confirmed.
- In Pivot, click row/column headers to expand or collapse dimensions.
- Click the Export to Excel (⬇) icon above the pivot to download an xlsx.
- Save your filter via Favorites ← Save current search for reuse.
